Please ensure you have an external water tap within 10 metres of the location where you would like your car washed. Access to a power socket is also required. 

If your car has a very dirty or messy interior, we may charge a heavy soilage fee of $50-$100. We will advise you if we need to apply this charge before we begin any work on your car. If you decide not to proceed with the service, no callout fee is charged. 

If it's raining heavily, we may need to reschedule unless there is an undercover, powered area in which the car can be detailed. If we cannot clean the exterior of the car due to weather, we will only charge the internal clean fee.
